Apollo and the Muses with Laurel Motifs

Home / Blog / Apollo and the Muses with Laurel Motifs

The mural was painted on canvas in studio, when finished was glued to the wall using the marouflage technique. This old technique can be used for ceilings also and offers Interior Designers and Architects the ability to fit beautiful decoration into tight project schedules.

This mural is an interpretation of John Singer Sargent’s 1921 painting of ‘Apollo and the Muses’

The mural in context of the room has been framed with 23.5k Gold Leaf Laurels
